SHIATSU

Shiatsu is a natural therapy that relieves tension and harmonizes bodily functions. It also calms an overactive sympathetic nervous system, relieves stiff muscles and alleviates stress.

How it works

Shiatsu pressure points correspond to organs and energy pathways. There are over 900 pressure points in the body.

Depending on the ailment, pressure can be strategically applied to specific trigger points, including muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. The pressure can be from light to deep, depending on what you need and what pressure you can take.

Generally calm and relaxing, Shiatsu helps correct imbalances in your body and invigorate your circulatory system as your body begins to readjust and heal. During treatments you remain fully clothed.
